You might be hard pressed to get 30 minutes in a truggy. I can get 25 minutes of race time on a huge track with a Zippy-H 5s 5000 in my rc8 with the 1512 3d which is slighty more efficient amp wise than the 1515 2.5d. That is geared about 40mph. On our smaller indoor track, I think 30 minutes may be possible conservatively geared.

JHautz hit the LVC right just before the end of a 20 minute main (about 20 secs or so to go) in his x-ray with a 5s 5000 pack and the 1515 2.5d. A 6s 5000 might get you pretty close, but I don't think it is going to make it if your drive hard. You can get a 5s 8000 pack, but it will be a serious brick of a battery and your handling might suffer.

I don't think we are going to be able to reasonably do 30 minute mains anytime soon without a battery swap.
