If you want a good/cheap/fast set-up, I'd say do the following.

For the ESC, get in touch with Lutech and pick up his 6s or 10s. They seem to be doing well. (link)http://www.rc-monster.com/forum/showthread.php?t=13659

For the motor, Id recommend the KB45 8xl. You may need to check your mounts, but if you can fit the 700HO, you can fit this (30mm mounting pattern)

For batteries, I recommend some zippy's

I'm not familiar with the e-savage, but if i rememer correctly, they have two battery compartments, one on each side. The zippy batteries run in a series for 6s should be good.

anyway, your lookin at under 200 for the ESC
120 in batteries and 55 for the motor.

about 375 is as cheap as you will get, and this system should be solid.
+1, I don't think you'll find a better setup for the money.

All I ever wanted was an honest weeks pay for an honest days work.
