Hey Patrick, I just checked your site and didn't see anything on them. Where can I find them to check pricing?

So Patrick... Would the 9000kv motor handle 3s lipo? Maybe with the MMM and a very good 3s lipo. It would be for straight line speed runs, not constant use, and temps would be checked after each run.

Whoops -- lemme fix that statement I made earlier. They have shipped TO us, we have not yet stocked them.
You should be able to get them from Tower pretty soon.

No, 2S Lipo max, 7 cell NiMh max. That's it.
The bearings will not survive --

Hmm, what size bearings do those motors use? Do you think the rotor will hold up... If I kill it I will not send it back to you, experimenting is just that, experimenting!
Also are those motors still 2 pole designs? I just wonder as 9000kv at 3s lipo on a 4+ pole motor might be a bit much for a MMM or MM.
Thanks for the quick replys Patrick, always helpful!!

sounds like a challenge! must kill one on 3s (at my own risk)! is my math off? They are rated over 100k rpm and 3s lipo should be 99900 rpm.

The bearing size is 14mm x 5mm x 5mm, which is REALLY big by 36mm motor standards. . . Helps with side loads and impacts (not than these motor ever actually take any impacts.... ) but is a little hard on the balls and race at really high RPM.
The bearings are rated for 75,000 RPM continuous, 100,000 short term.
Still a 2 pole design.

That's ungly. I'll take it out of your hands for free though. I'll make it look pretty lincpimp style.
