Just wanted to revive this for all interested. I have some new upgrades and pics coming soon. Waiting on some flanged button head M3 screws and a new M3 tap to show up this week to continue the project.

The Gray Panzer III has some new wider winter style metal tracks in and upgraded metal suspension parts. I also plan on doing some water sealing as to run in wet conditions. Not waterproof or made to run submerged, I just want to run in mud and other wet areas without fear of damage.
