Rc Monster 2 speed 2nd. gear - 12.19.2008, 05:22 PM

Has anyone used the RC Monster 2 speed 2nd. gear, http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail...peed2nd&cat=40, with TiNi spurs from the LST2?

Yep, they fit fine. I will be using that adapter with the tin coated gears on my 2 speed 7th scale on road car speed project. I had planned to use it on my lst, but decided to use the tdr single speed hub and a regular pinion.

I wasn't worried about the fit. I had head that non-TiNi pinions wear out quickly when used with the TiNi spurs.

The non tin pinions that losi makes are actually al and should only be used with the plastic spurs.
