I saw that too at the 33 second mark- the thing seems to go into Benny Hill mode for just a second or two then its back to normal, probably just a glitch on the tape or with the final uploaded video.

Very cool to watch though, especially the jumps when everything stops bouncing up and down for just a second, then touch down and away it speeds again.
