I would Man up and take care of it!. Not that you want to hear it , but that just what I would do..

One thing my DAD always told me is a MAN is MAN as long as he keeps his word, once a MAM losses his word he is no longer a MAN.. I live by this statement but that just me.. Sorry I'm different! , just ask anyone..

So how often have you sold something and given a refund/partial refund for something that the user broke or misused after they received it? It's one thing to work out something with the buyer when they can accurately describe the circumstances of the failure, but with them not being the one who charged the pack, how could the seller possibly feel responsible?
