My Fast Lane Rustler - 01.14.2009, 01:30 AM

Hey guys. First let me formally introduce myself, I'm Marcus and I'm from NYC.
I've been in the hobby for about 4 years now and I've had pretty much every traxxas electric vehicle, except revo (next on my list). So I found a pretty good deal on an all flm rustler from a member here. I've been building that up ever since the summer. Here's some pics.

I've made a couple of changes since the pictures. I got rid of that black tubing and zip tied the servo and mm receiver wires to the chassis, got rid of the AM radio(glitching problems) and moved the mamba max behind the battery cups so I could keep the weight to the center of the chassis.

I was running a mamba 4600 but the motor shaft broke completely off . Me being extremely impatient ordered a mamba 5700 motor from a forum member. That should be here tomorrow(hopefully) so I'll be able to really run her. Can't wait

Any comments, tips, or critique is welcome.

It sure is! Without all the bent parts. You gotta love Fast Lane's customer service. Thanks for the good deal though.
