No problem. The most effecient way to run is to have very little resistance, short wires, direct soldering of esc to motor if possible. Minimal connectors like deans or banana plugs. Some people follow it to a T and are downright "anal" or "overly concerned" about it being as effecient as possible. Rightly so, they will get the best performance vs all the connections you and I might have with all the dean connectors. If you are a racer it is real important to run effecient as you can. For bashing it is not as important. Just keep in mind an esc acting up might just be as simple as one of the deans isn't connecting up correctly or the soldering joint on one is loose. You'll be fine. Sorry for throwing you off.
