I agree that the FLM chassis looks so nice, but unless you are going to run a BL set up, I would stick w/the plastic tub.....A bl set up w/the FLM chassis would be nice though

I to would like to see a narrowed chassis, for those of us that want to do a stampede conversion of the slash. A stampede with bellcranks, that's the dream

I think one of the major reasons Traxxas made the stock chassis so wide, even though that extra width isn't needed to mount anything, is to act as a dirt shield to keep as much dirt out of the chassis as possible.

Just my $0.02...

Oh, and [here's] another very nice chassis option for the Slash, except this one is not heavy at all...in fact, it's lighter than stock!

You mean like this. It is a little heavier than stock.

I like that TT chassis as well, I want to build a stampede using the slash steering setup

I actually bought the last TT pede chassis that uses maxx bellcranks for the steering. I need to get it finished and rolling again...

The steering is much better with bellcranks, that is for sure.

A 5mm-6mm thick layered carbon fiber stretched slash chassis would be a better idea.
