FYI: I picked up a pair of stock Muggy shocks and they are the same as the LST2 shocks, except they have plastic bodies and black springs.

I also picked up a set of MGT MMT shocks. The website said they use 3.5mm shafts, so I did some calculations from some pictures based on that figure. Well, they came in and they actually have 3mm shafts, so my calculations were wrong and they won't work either. They have about the same bore as your typical buggy.

I now have quite a stockpile of shocks and springs. I'm sure I'll use them eventually. In the meantime, I decided to modify the shocktower so I can use the LST2 shocks. Oh well.
