Scammed!

Just today I had a guy cancel a paypal payment on me. It turned out that the item arrived at his door an hour later and so he restored the payment and apologized. Point is..... I'm really not comfortable using Paypal anymore. It's just too easy for a scammer to take your stuff and make you fight for the money. I'd rather just not do the deal at all knowing that there's literally zero security for anyone. I know there are bad buyers as well as bad sellers, so really how can anyone be expected to enforce the rules in a fair way? It really sucks but even computers can't stop a**holes from being a**holes!!!!
