I would have bought the CCNeu if it had been a smooth can design, but the larger diameter presents issues for me- larger diameter motors strike the old emaxx tranny before my odd-ball spur and pinion sizes can mesh properly.

The CC motor has screwed on endbells and longer flexible wires, where as the Medusa has shorter stiff wires, -not so easily cut to size or bent into posistion, and the rear endbell is only pressed/glued in place.

My 80mm 2000kv Medusa works great on 5s lipo though, so it is a more than capable motor for a heavy rig- perfectly smooth for my tastes, but I dont race so subtlety of throttle response isnt a concern, or something I've noticed as being bad as such.

Personal setups and experiences do vary though, so all things concidered, there isnt that much of a difference - not like novak vs MMM

I also prefer blue to green, fits in with my colour scheme on the Gmaxx...
