Neus are great motors, but this issue is a big problem with them for those that race a lot which is why I like the solder post better on the Tekin T8 motors. It would be great if Neu came out with a motor that had solder posts for the car guys.
Same here....overheated 3 Nues with lead wire damage. I love the Neus but I hate sending them in and waiting close to forever to get them back. The verbal spanking is irritating too. I have 2 standard finned Nues and a Tekno Nue that I don't use anymore since I moved over to the Tekins. Now I am considering getting a helicopter or plane just to use the $600 paper weights.
