Powerful enough to need only two, but would definitely need a pre-driver as the current gain is pretty low at high currents. Besides, it looks like an odd package. I think I'll stick to several TO-220 style (or similar) transistors, and just use several. Thanks anyway though!

Yeah, they're cheap enough that you can use as many as needed. Easy to find heatsinks for, too.
