one of the dip switches on the esc is for timing, it's possibe adjusting this will help.

the schulze 18.97 is known for catching on fire. If you cannot remedy the cogging with timing adjustments I highly suggest you stop using the lehner/schulze combination as I foresee a burnt speed control

there was another member that had terrible cogging with an otherwise stellar lehner motor and a schulze esc, and I don't believe he fixed it.

some components just don't like each other.
