Hey Linc, how would suppose I wire these packs up? Should I wire them up as one pack? Wire them up in parallel at the main leads, and wire the balance plugs together? (bad idea?)

Since they are not matched packs I would leave them separate and just run them in parallel with an adapter harness for the main plugs. Then charge them separately. That will ensure they last the longest.
