Nay, flexing a plastic one. I have the single speed tranny, and my top tip for those with the flexing issue is to bolt the tranny down on the one side where you can use longer screws- that prevents it flexing or being ripped off should you have a nasty accident (see: here, thats his tranny and batts that go flying btw)...
