Decided to forward the motor so i flipped the centre diff. That meant i had to grind the chassis for spur gear clearance.

Me too! :) am from oz. Running a rustler, e-revo and maybe soon a e-revo vxl.

I've been through a savage 25, duratrax nitro evader st, crt.5, hyper 8, hot bodies lightning pro2, mini-t and mini-lst2. All gone for various reasons. All of them have seen brushless power 'cept the nitro evader :)

Hey all from Bris-vegas!
Have 2x hyper7 converted to brushless using RCM motor mount.
1 has medusa 36x60 2000kv, and mamba monster max, usually running 4s lipo.
the other, mamba max with the feigao 7xl 2382kv running 4s also.
Also got a stock E-firestorm flux.
And an E-savage converted to brushless. Cheap setup tho.
TB01 with BL setup. Carbon fibre chassis and top plate.
Finally have a Hyper ST rtr, was brushless, but changed back and is up for sale

I just got told the other day about a new track out pimpama way. Haven't checked it out yet. I don't race tho, I'm just a basher. Favourite place to bash is Wynnum bmx track behind the on road rc track. There's a set of doubles there with another set behind it. We jump from the start of the first to the lander of the second! It's insane!

Hey guys, another Aussie here, but from the gold coast :) I have a few brushless RCs up my sleeve :)

*RC8 running Tekno conversion and tekin rx8/2650kv combo on 4s.
*Savage flux running MMM/neu 1515 on 4s.
*Savage 21 converted with all fastlane machine gear pretty much all hopped up running lehner 2230/11 MGM 16025 z series but needs 6s lipos.
*The original savage 21 parts built up with a few spares and a speed passion conversion with a speed passion brushless combo but the battery trays are junk, so will be getting some from kershaw designs - running this on 4s.
*Converted LST which is in pieces.. Used to run the lehner and an MGM 16024 on 18nimh cells
*Stampede with castle sidewinder 5700kv combo and 2s lipo
*Yokomo LCG driftmaster chassis with MM/feigao 380c 7t on 2s
*HPI Pro D chassis with MM/feigao 380c 7t on 2s
*Yokomo SSG on it's way for drifting duties also :)

I have an rc8 truggy with an RC monster chassis on the list next, not sure if I'll get another MGM or MMM for the esc, or neu or lehner for the motor, but more than likely the easier available MMM/neu tho.

I have checked out the pimpama track, and they will let you run with the nitros no worries :) I took up the rc8 recently, but didn't do so well - the RX8 ended up thermalling(I did later find a rock in the fan) plus I had no transponder and it was the first time I ever hit a race track hehehe but it is clearly faster than nitros, but probably only needs the 2200 combo...

Would be good to get a leccy bash going round brissy or the coast or somewhere in between some time :)
