My Mtroniks Pro controller handled it fine, that was reted to 80 amps constant or thereabouts. Its fully sealed & waterproof as well as being very cheap ($160) for a car controller.

I also have a Mtroniks Truck which runs completely cool with my 6s, but it does have a massive heatsink on the bottom so it should do!! (also waterproof, only $185).

Personally I would recommend against a boat/plane controller, or the MGM's if you want waterproof, as they're pretty exposed.
