change your gearing.

whats the temp of each of your components

ESC
Motor
Batt

Esc stayed around 140-150, motor was 165f max., batts were 110f.

Those temps are actually quite good. Considering you're running 6S, if it was my truck, I would be amazed to see the CC/Neu motor reach 165dF after 15 minutes of running.

If you do still want to lower the temps, drop your pinion gear down to a 16T.
