Excellent Roger, that's brilliant! I'm liking the carbon fibre Rx mount using the spare servo mounts.

This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move.

Tekno motor mount - 08.15.2009, 06:34 PM

Very Nice.

Do you know if that motor mount would work on an Ofna Mutilator? (62 tooth) I've tried the RCM Jammin CR mount that is supposed to be compatible with the Mutilator, but it doesn't really work unless you modify a couple things. The spur gear on the Mutilator is just too big for the mount. I'm running be running either a CC 2200 or Medusa 70mm 2300.

Any help is much obliged.

like i told you before jessie m , you need to run a smaller spur, like the kyosho 46t for the cr motor mount to work

there isnt any kit out their that is going to work with the stock 62t gear

Somebody said the hole spacing is different on the CRT compared to the Muti. I tried running a 50 tooth CR spur, but it did not fit. The diff was about 1mm to big in diameter. I don't know of any spur gears that will fit the Mutilator for sure. I may just get the CR center diff case or some other model's diff case and go from there.
