1/18th motor mounting screws - 09.02.2009, 01:37 PM

Well I have a Mamba25/5400kv combo here I beleive that would make it a cm-2054(?) I had this combo in a rc18t over a year ago and then in a losi mini late-model. I know have another rc18t to put it in. I never remember needing special screws but the screws that hold the stock motor in are not the right size. The ones that hold the motor plate in the chassis are though. Can anyone tell me what size this is cause my lhs is pretty much useless if I don't go in there knowing what I'm looking for!

The screws are either 2.5mm or 2.6mm screws cut short 3-4mm as they will otherwise damage the windings of the motor.

You will need to get them from a outlet as they are not common - not here in the UK anyway. Same problem I have with Hitec metal geared servos
