Yes,that would be usefull to know,it might be a quick easy fix,would save both the customer and Tekin time, and more importantly these days,money,obviously,if it needs new components,then it would have to be sent back,but if its just a case of a bit or re-soldering,most of us i suspect could handle that,Tekin will sort these issues,that i am sure of.
