What kv motor to match with an ezrun for a summit?

Keeping that in mind, a ~2000kv motor on 4s, or ~1600kv on 6s would be ideal for a top speed in the 30-40mph range in second gear.

- the hobbywing setup claims 50mph, the summit has the same overall gear ratio as an e-revo so 40 is all it would go on 6s? I was really looking for 50 mph on 6s that way it could still be geared a bit lower and stay cooler. If I am going to run 4s for bashing and 6s for use with talons, would a 2000kv perform well with both setups?


-From what I have seen online and read, the mamba setup is horrible because of cogging. It useless under 2mph as said by someone who did a side by side comparison of the tekin vs mamba. If I were to run a neu, would cogging be a bad?

- do I need to worry about 4 pole vs 2?
