Thought about at least trying those deer whistles? I've seen evidence that they may actually work to some extent. Nothing is failsafe, but if it diverts at least one, maybe they are worth it.

Solid advice for everyone...funny how many people swerve for animals. Might be worth a gamble if it's a horse or cow but anything else is tasting grill!! & those 5 post bars dice up anything into manageable bits

When I was a kid living in upstate NY my dad hit a deer head on and it flipped over the car, he stopped to get over the "WTFS" I was looking out the back window and saw a man with a pick up stop and throw it in the bed.
