And judging by their components and count, I would estimate the MMPro is good for ~80A and the MMM is good for ~120A. As such, the MMM also has a larger heatsink to deal with the extra heat that added current generates. So, in a nutshell, the difference is the available sensored operation of the MMPro and the higher current rating of the MMM. The BEC in the MMM might be able to deliver more current too, but not sure as I have not tested it.
