This must be the same stuff I saw on Mythbusters the other night - they said it sticks to itself (that was the only description they gave), and I was going to try to search for it, but ya'll saved me the trouble!

I saw this too. The used it to hold a gun while it got shot by a bullet(myth to see if you can really shoot a gun out of someones hand). Its kept the gun in the hand so hey its good enough for me
