Is this the lowest possible point for the body to sit? And how did you convince the ebay seller to ship to the US?

I'd use a 5T body on this (along with your stock 5T wheels), but would it look scale enough? The one on HBF has the body jacked too high and it's too wide for the body. Is yours the same width front and rear? Stock 5T body is about 16 inches wide. How does it jump? (any bottoming out, is the suspension sagging?)

Can you measure the ground clearance? Looks nice and high with that tires. Also get your camera fixed.
