Thanks guys! as I said in the photo comments, I plan to buying a new piece of alum for the top, cutting it to fit. Much like what Tim said, so that it folds down over the sides.

I'm not really going to be running the truck, since there is too much snow, so I have plenty of time to tweak it! This is just a really really good start!

I also stated in my photobucket pix descriptions that the motor heatsink I stuck on there only because I had it laying around. Not because I felt I needed it. It can't HURT, but it beats having it laying around in a box doing nothing!

I am having one small issue though. It seems like my motor is really tight. And if you roll the truck by hand, it's almost like the motor is fighting to spur gear. It's a bit "ratty" sounding when you roll it, or give it a hair throttle. It also looks like it's fighting the spur too. But once the truck gets going, it's fine. I'm wondering if that will taper off in time, or if the pinion will sorta break in to the spur? Both Pinion and spur are brand new. Tim told me his Neu is like that, but the exact Neu in my ERevo isn't like that. It turns smooth. This Neu turns in "sections" if you do it really slow. I believe those are the poles that I'm feeling? I can shoot some vid and upload it you want.

Tim/Bro... you guys can call me today on my cell if you want.

Happy New Year!

J
