1 - those two files are just the report that would be sent to microsoft. deleting them wouldn't do anything.
2 - best bet is to reinstall your wireless drivers.
3 - try running "bluescreenview" - it gives the actual error. Which will probably be something with your wireless drivers. http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
I don't care about compensation, btw. If you reinstall your drivers, and that doesn't help, let us know here. And post the results of bluescreenview either way, it'll give us better direction on where to look.
