Yes you can stretch them onto 3.7 rims. I have done this to my MT badlands onto the rulux half ups. Very popular combo of tire and rim but I didnt like it for harder packed dirt.

I have just setup some Losi zombie maxx tires onto the rulux half ups as well. I would think any MT size (3.2") tire could be stretched onto a larger rim (3.7 lprs or "half ups") with a little patience and muscle. Its more of a pain to get the foam around without ripping than stretching the rubber tire...

Oh and I went for half offset.
