Here's a quick graphic edit of some 8th scale truggy tires on the Ten-T. Yeah, I think I'm gonna go with that unless they rub when turning...

Thats awesome. So who sells the Ten-T that cheap anyways? Might have to get one of these.

@ gixxer; Sounds like you've already been bitten.
Let us know when you finally break down and get it!
Also: guys that already have it (Brian). How hard would it be to convert it to an 1/8th scale buggy? I'm talking dimensions here. If you put buggy wheels on it, is it very close to being the same wheelbase/length as an 8ight or 8ight 2.0?
Thanks.

Ummm... Maybe a dumb question but.... If you want a 1/8 buggy why not just get one rather than trying to make one from a truck that isnt that and you dont have? Not trying to be a smart ass, but Im not following the logic.
I can't decide if its more fun
to make it...
or break it...

Probably the same reason why some people turn a Slash into a "backslash". Other than that, this vehicle is pretty light, so it would make a lightweight 8th scale buggy. And, people seem to be coming out pretty close to a "free" roller once the engine and radio are sold off.

Thanks Brian.
So are the dimensions off by more than 1/2 inch both ways?
Jhautz:
It is for having the ultimate lightweight 1/8th. Not saying it would work better, but Losi reports that the Ten-T was sometimes faster around the track than an 1/8th buggy in their testing.
I already own a few Losi 1/8 buggies, but I am looking for a change in the lighter direction.
