Here's the big bores mounted on my X1. The lengths were just about the same as the stock shocks, but I needed to do a few things to get them to fit. The spots where the lower ends mount had to be shaved a little bit to allow the larger captured balls to fit. Also I needed to add a small spacer on the front shock standoff so the spring and upper a-arm had enough clearance. I'm starting to think now I should have maybe used the stock 30wt oil, but I'll have to see after I get the buggy running.
