Anyone use or try electronic cigarette?

i quit 4 years ago when my daughter was born. i started when i was 17-18 and i'm 37 now. it was a real bitch the first 3 months. everything and everyone pissed me off and i was like a mean old dog. Seriously. i was a real bastard to be around.

it was one of the best things i ever did....i had developed 3 different sleeping disorders from the smoking (Restless leg syndrome, nocturnal myoclonus, and periodic limb movement) and when my body finally got rid of the last of the toxins, i actually slept 6-8 hours a night for the first time since i was a kid.

that was incentive enough. no more do i have to twitch and jerk all night and try to survive on 1-2 hours of sleep....now...my body can REST.

i was a drug addict and a lush too. i quit smoking first, then prescription pills and then booze. all i gotta do now is drop the 50 pounds i gained from quitting all 3.

i went out and got a treadmill this week and threw away all the sugar in my house. i'm going on a fruit and veggie detox to get rid of all of the fast food garbage in my body. i think that'll help alot.

anyway, good luck to anyone trying to quit. it's a terrible addiction and such a tragedy to lose anyone related to the disasters it does to your body. for me, it took the birth of my daughter to help save me from myself. now i have a constant reminder on why i stay clean.

is there a 12 step meeting for RC?
