Some LHS's have gotten it, some haven't. I don't feel sorry for the ones that haven't.
Just think, around the early part of the last century there were people employed by major city's to light lamps every night and put them out in the morning. Up until even the seventies there were milk men. Things change, adapt or die.

Your forgeting this hobby has a high number of noobs.
I like to support local business but it's hard to justify sometimes. So I usually just get small things I know I can get or go to see if what I want is going to fit.
