When choosing a capacitor for a 14.8v setup, do I choose one that has a higher Voltage or one that has a higher uF?

The one used by Spektrum is a 10v 4700µF low ESR aluminum electrolytic capacitor. Part # SPM1600 if you want to buy it direct...$6 with the rx lead already on it.
