The mamba max pro would be a very good choice for this truck. You could even run sensored motors and go up to 6s with it, given the motor can handle it.


They say a good mechanic only needs 2 tools - WD40 & Duct tape. If it moves, and its not supposed to, duct tape. If it doesn't move, and its supposed to, WD40.

Thats the one i was planning on getting....Or the Tekin RX8 1/8th scale set up...I havent really swayed either way yet...

the rx8 is overkill for this truck and doesn't have some of the nice tuning features that the MMP comes with.another nice bonus is the price. the MMP is much cheaper than the rx8. the only downside of getting the MMP is not being able to run it in truggies.

I was planning on the MMP but I just purchased a Trug and want something that i can swap back and forth depending on what I want to run on that particular weekend...
