If you can afford it, you should get this or lower kv: http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbyking/s...hless_Inrunner

Will the HK 150A ESC handle 6s fine? It says it's rated for 2-4s... ?

That motor has a 6mm shaft. Pinions for it are more difficult to find. Since he is running a revo tranny he will use plastic spurs and can use non-hardened pinions. So he could drill out a 5mm pinion, but almost all of the 5mm pinions are hardened.

I like the kb motors, plenty of power. Ran a few of the L cans in on road cars, geared for 55mph and they did just fine, 4s setups too. On 6s with the right gearing and good lipos I see no reason he could not do 62mph (100kpm). I would use a MMM, we know they work.
