I would center that diff to reduce binding in the drive shafts. Order the Matrix mount found in the RC-monster store for the matrix, to mount the motor too.

i've been tinkering and this thing is a pain to convert so far. i will finish it, but its not been a fun easy ride so far. as far as my front drive shaft problem. i got my universal ball mount in, and i'm waiting for rc-monster 1/8 diff output. i forsee a big problem though, the universal ball mount is 8mm, and i believe the diff output is 6mm. i may have to locate a perfect sized tube to shim, but if i cant, i will be on the lookout for a dogbone that will work and just ditch the slider shaft.
