I was able to install the battery tray, ESC/RX Tray and make the center CVD's today. The rear CVD was a cinch, I had a MIP LST gen 1 center CVd and it was a perfect fit !!! The front one I had to make from the other MIP axle (see pic)

Sunday I will be doing the final things like knocking out holes to lighten it, file all the edges and figure out what I'm going to do to "FINISH" the chassis.
I might scuff it directionally so looks like Stainless or possibly "Tool" it with a scrotchbrite pad. I even thought about purple candy w/Clear Coat to make it look like purple anodizeing to match the HPI parts ??????????????????? IDK


I retired from RC, now life is all about guns and long range shooting.
