All you have to do is watch Pawn Stars to see what happens when the buyer hasn't a clue, the seller hasn't a clue, but both seem to think the something is worth good money.

Most of the time the law of probability equals the buyer getting screwed.

75 is way to much for that truck, in any condition.

I would offer 25 take it or leave it. There are better items to purchase that actually have parts support. Vintage RC's aren't typically worth much.

Personally I don't get it. I could understand $75 if this truck was some kind of collectors item worth allot of money, but to buy something that is worth practically nothing and knowing that there is obviously no kind of support for any longer, and is so similar to the Traxxas Rustie, then why not just get an older Rustie which you can still get parts for and be done with it? Unless you can find something to substantiate a higher value, then I would just steer clear of it. Of course up to now you have not listened to anything that the guys on this site have shared with you in the way of advice, so why start now? Just my 2cents for what its worth. What does your 30+ years of electronics experience tell you to do in this case? More than likely not to waste your $$$, right? Sorry if I seem a little bit brash. I am not usually like that, but there has been allot of that in here this week. I hope whatever decision you make pays off for you Sir. Have a great week.
