To charge two 3S 5000mah packs in series at a 1C charging rate (5A in this case) you want a charger capable of approx. 150W. I would suggest finding something that can handle 200-300W so there is some headroom, as many newer packs can be charged at 2C and higher.

Look at the iCharger series. The 106B+ is their entry model, and still is very capable for about $100. Now it is not an AC charger, so you will need a power supply, but look at the thread about using a Proliant 12V 47A server power supply, you can get them for cheap and people have had great results.
