these and they work great. Mounting them is much easier than a slide switch and the insides are sealed. Rather expensive for a small switch, but can be found local. The key is to find a small switch with a relatively high current rating (~5A). These types typically have a more solid "snapping" action, so are less likely to self-actuate when landing jumps or whatever.
