Need someone to get me a motor off ebay

I bought one of the red leopard motors back in the summer. I knew some people were saying that they looked like "clones" - but the reason I went ahead and bought one was that dealers that also stock Neu and CC motors were selling them (namely, OSE and KD). So if these are true "clones" that infringe on patents - why doesn't CC (or Neu) tell OSE and KD to stop selling them?
