with the 4s set-up ,15tooth pinion ,13t or 14t pinion for the 6s ,would be keeping an eye on the temps for both set-ups .

for racing i found the 2200kv is way to much for the buggy.

I run a 1512 Neu 2050kv on 4s ,geared 16/45 in my 8ight 2.0 buggy

are you using a steel spur or plastic?
if you have gear ratio 16/45 on Neu 2050kv so what will give me 14/48 on 2200kv?
(mph, 4s, 6s ect...)

Play around with some of the calcs (I use top speed estimator and parameter solver mostly) and you can find out everything you want to know. Shoot for 40mph as a starting point.
