I've recently sold a few things on eBay (External Hard Drive and an iPod), anyways.
The guy (same guy; which kind of worries me), who has 6 previous deals, has bought both things.
One costing $70 + ship, and the other $61 shipped.
He paid me with an "eCheck", which again, worries me.
I've never dealt with eChecks before in the past, so I'm not sure.
I know I have to wait until it clears (the check) before I ship it.
However, I was wondering if it can still "bounce".
Or would it "bounce" at the "Pending" stage?
I don't want to get a "eCheck went through" email, then a few days later get those funds retracted from my account because something bad was found, losing me both things, AND the money..
No, it cannot be pulled from your account. Funds have to come from a Bank where the person has funds to transfer. Once transferred they stay in your account.
