Good info; the Savage ones do not have the pin through the hub, and seem to be of softer grade of aluminum and combined with the bad lightening attempts, end up being very weak... see my Savage 5T thread for the results. 24mm Savage hubs are definetly much better, but they still have the tiny and short pin.

But this makes me wonder if going to the Losi hub, with 23mm through the hub design, might be a better option.
