is there a Droid castle link app ?

THE phones can do quite a bit. I used my Droid incredible as a modem to hook my laptop to the internet not using Verizon wireless software but yet using a 3rd party software that has a workaround. I think its just a matter of finding the right programmer and they'll be able to write the code. Just about any kind of hardware can have a software program written for it if its part of the initial design process............
