Castle rates the 2028 as 10hp, or 7460 watts.

At 6s (22.2v) that takes 336 amps.

At 8s (29.6v) it takes 252 amps.

It is just not smart to mismatch components. A rock in a wheel could cause unforeseen load and the esc goes poof, or any other of a million anomalies that could happen.

Plus, as the Doc said, why have all the weight if you aren't going to use the power?


Why not put a jet engine in a honda accord?
